Hey everyone, I'm just wondering what different types of things everyone puts in their OMPFs. Do you put everything and anything you can? Just getting some feedback to see what everyone else is doing. I put any certificates I get, whether it be Physical Fitness Achievement, Letters of Recommendation, Promotion Certificates, Course Graduate Certificates...etc. Does anyone put MCI certificates in theirs?

I had put everything I could in mine. I was a short timer so there wasn't much, but at the time I intended on staying in, with the exception of no deployments, I was looking pretty good for SSgt in a couple of years. Put everything you can in it. It can only help. Give their office a call to find out what they don't put in there. They wouldn't put my CLEP certificates in there.
